Enterprising Learning: Personal Competence for a New Humanity
The changes generated by the society of the information are a challenge to our capacity of adjustment. To confront the transformations of the current context is necessary an affective education. This education centres on the formation of the enterprising identity of the subject. Nevertheless, the school does not answer effectively to this formative need. For it, we propose the educational foundations of a project of enterprising learning. These educational foundations turn concerning the concept of emotional intelligence. The formative strategy to implement this project is based on the Education Based on Competences. Later, we think about the concept of competence and present the competences that constitute the enterprising identity of the subject. In this respect, we defend the protagonism of the qualities of the person to confront the transformations of the environment.
